Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless gas produced as by-product of the complete combustion hydrocarbons. CO binds rapidly to Haemoglobin (Hb), leading formation carboxyhemoglobin (COHb), so oxygen-carrying capacity blood will be decreased and causing tissue hypoxia. We present case accidental carbon poisoning in family where four members were reported dead three unconscious morning after sleeping room with burning briquettes. can fatal.
